I am a U.S. Air Force veteran who earned my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health and Counseling, specializing in military families and culture.
I am passionate about serving and giving back to the military and veteran community. I have experience working with individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). I use psychodynamic therapy to help my clients improve their quality of life by helping them gain a better understanding of the way they think and feel. The idea is that this will improve their ability to make choices, relate to others, and forge the kind of life they would like to live. I also use Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy approaches in counseling.
